1. These terms
These terms govern your use of unp.digital, the website of UNP Digital LLC (“we”). By using the site you agree to them. Each of our products has its own terms, published on the product’s website: they govern the product, and these govern only this site.
2. Using the site
The site describes our company and its products. You may read it and share links to it. Please do not try to disrupt it or get around its security, or copy it in bulk with automated tools.
3. Our content
The UNP Digital name and wordmark, our product names and icons, and the site’s text and images belong to UNP Digital LLC. The Inter typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License. These terms give you no right to use our names, logos or content beyond reading the site and linking to it.
4. Our products’ websites
The site links to our products’ own websites. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply when you use it.
5. No warranties
We keep the site accurate as best we can, but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. What the site says about a product, including whether it is available yet, can change.
6. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNP Digital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this site. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so some of them may not apply to you; nothing in these terms limits any right the law gives you that cannot be limited by agreement.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you and we each agree to their jurisdiction. If you live in a country whose law gives you the right to bring claims in your own courts, nothing here takes that right away.
8. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new date; the version posted when you use the site applies.
